Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed over the weekend, which will be processed on the following Monday. We use shipping partners such as USPS, Aramex, Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and more. Shipping times may vary and can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
Q: Has my order been dispatched yet?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days and a dispatch email will be sent upon completion. If you do not receive this email, please check your Promotions or Spam/Junk folder, or reach out to us via the "Contact Us" page or chat function for real-time information.
Q: My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
A: If your product arrived damaged, please send photos to us through the "Contact Us" page or chat function. While we always make sure to sufficiently protect the product during shipping, any damage incurred is the responsibility of the carrier.
Q: Why did I only receive one item, even though I ordered multiple?
A: When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and may arrive separately. Please don't panic if all items do not arrive at once; they will get to you.
Q: How can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order has not been shipped or processed, we will make every effort to cancel or change it. If it has been shipped or processed, we cannot make any changes.
Q: My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
A: First, rest assured that it is on its way. If your order has taken longer than 4 weeks from dispatch, please reach out to us, and we will investigate.
Q: I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
A: If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped or processed, we can update the address. If it has, unfortunately, no changes can be made.
Q: Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
A: The confirmation email may have ended up in your Promotions or Spam/Junk folder. If you cannot find it, please reach out to us to request a resend.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system, as well as PayPal payments. If your card was declined, please contact us for advice.
Q: Are shipping costs and Australian shipping available?
A: Yes! All orders include free shipping.
